Discovery #2: London
This year I spent my last-minute holidays in London. I paid a visit to a friend of mine who had studied there. The capital of England turned out to be a huge surprise for me!
Compared to other european capital cities that I know (Paris, Brussels, Rome) it was much more clean and just friendly. I wasn't that afraid to take the metro around midnight (in Paris I would have been sexually harassed). One of my favourite things was visiting museums, especially Tate Modern, where I could admire paintings of one of my favourite artists, Mark Rothko.
